The School is governed by its Board, which in consultation with the Principal, sets long term objectives, financial projections and the School’s annual budget.
There are nine Board positions, one of which is vacant. The other eight are filled by people with the wide range of skills necessary for the proper governance of the School.
In addition to its Executive committee, the Board has three working committees: Finance, Risk and Governance; Property and Development; and Education, Mission and Ministry. The Principal is not a member of the Board, but is entitled and expected to attend, and report to, all Board meetings. The Principal also attends all committee meetings.
